We can assist with all stages of your immigration timeline - from entry clearance to further leave to remain to permanent residence to naturalisation as a British Citizen to applications for a British passport.
TIER 1 (INVESTOR)
For those individuals making a £2 million investment in UK government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies. This route is now closed to new applicants. Individuals who already have entry clearance or leave to enter or remain as a Tier 1 Investor Migrant may apply to extend their stay or for indefinite leave to remain. Applications for further leave to remain as a Tier 1 Investor can be made until 17 February 2026. Applications for indefinite leave to remain as a Tier 1 Investor can be made until 17 February 2028.
TIER 1 (ENTREPRENEUR) EXTENSION
For existing Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrants who have established or joined an existing UK business, invested a minimum of £200,000 in the business, created two jobs for settled workers and are conducting continuous business activity. If you currently hold leave under the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) category, you can apply for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa extension until 5 April 2023. Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant can be made until 5 April 2025.
SKILLED WORKER
For individuals to undertake a skilled job in the UK for a UKVI approved sponsor. You will need to be sponsored to do a specific job and meet the salary requirement.
INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER/GLOBAL
BUSINESS MOBILITY - SENIOR OR SPECIALIST WORKER
This route is for employees of multinational employers who are required to be transferred to a UK branch of their employer to do a skilled role in the UK.
HEALTH AND CARE
WORKER VISA
The Health and Care Worker Visa is open to qualified doctors, nurses and other health and adult social care professionals who wish to undertake an eligible job with the NHS, an NHS supplier or in adult social care.
INTERNATIONAL SPORTSPERSON
The International Sportsperson visa is for elite sportspersons and qualified sports coaches who are recognised as being at the highest level of their sport internationally. You will be required to be sponsored on a short or long-term contract and have been endorsed by an appropriate UK sports governing body.
MINISTER OF RELIGION
The Minister of Religion Visa is for individuals who have been sponsored to perform a mainly pastoral leading role within a faith-based organisation or religious order in the UK.
HIGH POTENTIAL
INDIVIDUAL
The High Potential Individual Visa is available to recent graduates of top global universities who wish to work, or look for work, in the UK.
TEMPORARY WORK

For those looking to undertake an internship of up to 2 years in the UK
SCALE UP
The Scale-up Visa is for talented individuals recruited by a UK Scale-up Sponsor, who have the skills needed to enable the Scale-up business to continue growing. You will need to have a highly-skilled job offer from a qualifying Scale-up business at the required salary level.
YOUTH MOBILITY
The Youth Mobility Scheme visa is for young adults from participating countries and territories who wish to experience life in the United Kingdom for a period of up to two years.

Efun is the founder and principal of Mayfair Legal. It was his vision to create an immigration law firm which provides its clients with honest advice, a personable level of service and consistent results.
Prior to setting up Mayfair Legal, Efun has worked at Penningtons Solicitors LLP and Fragomen LLP, both of which are recognised leaders in the field and top ranked in leading legal directories such as The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners UK.
Due to his unique language and cultural skills, Efun has developed a niche in dealing with clients from the Asia Pacific region and has established a network of contacts in the region.
Kiran is our Manager (Solicitor) at Mayfair Legal. She leads the immigration team. Kiran qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Mayfair Legal in 2013. She focuses on advising high net worth individuals and private clients in immigration matters and managing and assisting on casework. Kiran’s specialties are applications under the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Investor), Tier 2/SW Sponsor Licence, Tier 2/SW and Tier 5 categories.
Kiran is confident, highly-driven and pro-active in her work ethic. She conducts her work in accordance with her clients travel schedule and personal life, to ensure clients needs are always being met. Kiran incorporates Mayfair Legal’s motto in her daily work i.e make life easy for clients.
DARIA SAVCHENKOVA
Daria, our Trainee Solicitor, joined Mayfair Legal in 2015. She obtained her LPC qualification in 2022. Daria is fluent in Russian and English.
SPENCER VELL
Spencer is our Trainee Solicitor at Mayfair Legal. He achieved a joint Masters and LPC qualification in 2022. Spencer supports the team dealing with high net-worth individuals, private and corporate clients. He assists in casework and immigration matters.
TINGTING LUO
Ting takes on the role of Case Manager at Mayfair Legal. She has extensive experience in handling high-networth individuals from all around the world. Tier 1 (Investor) visa is her expertise, amongst other visa categories. She also explores new business opportunities for the company and is experienced in social media platform marketing.
YING MA
Ying Ma takes the role of Business Development Manager at Mayfair Legal. She is a confident individual with significant experience in business development. She is responsible for creating business growth as well as communicating with clients from Asia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and speaks fluent English and Chinese-Mandarin.
Jeremy Ling
Jeremy is our paralegal at Mayfair Legal. An LLB graduate, he graduated from Cardiff University with honours. Jeremy supports the team by providing legal and administrative assistance. He speaks fluent English, Chinese-Mandarin , and Bahasa Melayu, amongst other languages.
KEVIN YAN
Kevin provides professional business consultancy services to Mayfair Legal’s clients. He is a driven and responsible young individual with good communication skills. Kevin originates from China and has previously worked as a venture capitalist in Beijing. He also has a wealth of business consultancy experience, having worked to help international businesses build their success in China. Kevin holds a UK degree in Accounting & Finance and speaks fluent English and Chinese-Mandarin.
YI FANG
Yi Fang takes the role of Marketing Executive at Mayfair Legal. She is a hard-working, self-motivated individual. Her role involves strategic business planning and execution whilst managing out positive brand image and media platforms. She speaks fluent English and Chinese-Mandarin.
